Description & Requirements
- Manage the AWS Architect and DevOps teams, and the Azure Architect and DevOps teams
- Coach and develop the team’s craft expertise and capabilities, and act in a 'hands on' practice lead and mentoring capacity
- Manage the team’s capacity to meet customer and operational demands to meet KPIs and optimise the P&L, and shape the workforce for future success
- Deliver to specific customer billable projects where required (est. 30-50% of time)
- Point of proactive engagement for feedback and input on team members’ performance, including escalation
- Offer strategic insights to the Public Cloud product teams based on industry knowledge and market trends, backed by extensive product expertise
- Develop and maintain influential relationships across diverse stakeholders within the Spark Group
- Proven track record of successfully leading high performance Cloud technical, consulting and product team
- Extensive background in consulting through a collaborative leadership style
- Strong relationship building, influencing, internal and external stakeholder management
- Established track record of leading operational improvements to drive sustainable efficiencies and results within a consulting environment
- Demonstrated financial and commercial capabilities across Chapter disciplines and P&L lines
- Customer centric, people-focused style of management, with strong communication skills and comfort engaging across a wide range of solution disciplines
- Systems thinking, proactive approach to problem solving, bringing clarity and solutions to challenges that have a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty
