About the Role:
Spark's Customer Experience Chapter is driving a change in how we understand and deliver outstanding experiences for all our customers.
As a Customer Experience Designer, day to day you will be involved in working with cross-functional squads or teams focused on in-depth discovery, design, development and delivery of Spark’s products and services. You'll help squads or teams deliver winning customer experiences by growing a culture of customer obsession, by re-orientating business practices to focus directly on customers outcomes. You will ensure squads or teams track and measure customer outcomes. You will drive a shared understanding of the whole customer and create business value by working within squads or teams to identify opportunities or problems and then facilitate in customer experience through the 5'Ds - discovery, definition, design, delivery and determining the success of the solutions.

The craft and expertise you will bring:
- Experience in co-designing and delivering great solutions to customers using human-centred and design thinking methodologies and processes
- Proven understanding in using research and data insights to identify, deliver and measure successful customer outcomes
- Demonstrated aptitude in research-based methods of engaging customers for discovery research and testing
- Confident with remote and in person facilitation
- Ability to listen, influence and communicate clearly and succinctly through all levels of the organisation and cross-functional teams, at times challenging traditional views or methods.
