Spark Health has created a Mobile First strategy to engage the healthcare workforce across NZ, this has led to significant demand for our mobile services within the first market segment that we have launched the offer in - the General Practice owner/operator sector. As such, a secondment opportunity exits to join the Spark Health team in the Spark Central office in Auckland, to help convert an ongoing supply of quality leads into new connections.
As a Customer Representative, you are an outbound telephone sales professional. A valued member of the Spark Health Mobile Team, you thrive on delivering results. You will be selling and servicing the needs of healthcare providers and the wider healthcare workforce, as Spark Health targets the various segments of the market, initially focussed on General Practice clinic owners/operators as well as their employees, helping to deliver against the Spark Health Mobile objectives and Spark’s overall win in Mobile strategy.
You will drive customer acquisition conversations, provide provisioning orders for customers and support conversion for existing Spark mobile customers to the Spark Health Mobile plans and achieve growth targets for associated products and services.
