About the Role:
Are you an experienced Marketing Automation Analyst ready to take the next step in your career?
We're on the lookout for a superstar to join our Auckland based team and help enable the next generation of Automation and AI.
As a Marketing Automation Analyst at Spark, you will be a part of a small, hardworking team responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver business results. Working in collaboration with the wider marketing team and other specialists within the business, you will use your technical skills and abilities to deliver outstanding campaigns that will change the status-quo within the industry.

Day to day you will be involved in:
· You will have a good understanding of marketing technology & business process/systems.
· You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and be a natural relationship builder with internal/external stakeholders working collaboratively to produce great outcomes.
· You will work well with key stakeholders to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
· You will have a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle framework, and the ability to identify gaps to provide campaign recommendations.
· You will be able to analyse and mine data to provide quality insights that anticipate customer needs and influence campaign design.
· You will have experience in monitoring and analysing campaign performance to ensure they are operating as expected and are being continually optimised.
· A champion for email marketing best practice, including A/B testing, dynamic personalisation, messaging, creative, brand standards and segmentation.
· Clear and effective communication skills.
· A ninja when it comes to balancing your workload and prioritising the work and conflicting deadlines effectively.
· A motivated self-starter who is outgoing, proactive, and works well in a small team environment.
What experience you'll bring?
· 2+ years of Marketing Automation experience (Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Marketo, Salesforce marketing cloud, Oracle Responsys Campaign,)
· SQL skills and experience working with large databases
· HTML skills will be advantageous.
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications would be highly beneficial.
· Exposure to digital media platforms (Google Ad Platforms, FB Ads Manager) will be advantageous.
