About the Role – Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Practice Coordinator to support our dynamic and growing Data & AI practice at Qrious, on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with our directors, providing high-level operational and administrative support while helping to streamline processes and enhance productivity. You'll collaborate across a range of internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities – Ngā mahi o ia rā
- Manage the recruitment of new staff and contractors, including creation of job ads, interviews, references, contracts, Qrious onboarding and inductions.
- Create and manage Qrious reporting required to effectively manage business unit performance
- Create, monitor, and update Consulting and Advisory projects in Qrious project management system and work with project delivery owners to resolve any issues or anomalies as necessary
- Work with senior leaders to implement business improvement activities
- Coordinate with the Consulting technical sales team, Qrious and Spark sales teams to ensure upcoming projects and project details are accurately captured in Qrious systems.
- Manage customer onboarding requirements for consultants and contractors
- Talent Management, liaise with internal and external recruitment agencies as appropriate/necessary
- Manage monthly contractor invoicing processes, maintaining financial logs and reporting accuracy.
- Manage a centralised repository of Customer documents and Consultant Profiles etc ensuring all commercial and customer documentation is stored correctly.

- Demonstrated project administration experience
- Proven success in a similar role within a large enterprise
- Process-oriented with a strong ability to design, implement, and optimise workflows
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills - Proven ability to communicate effectively with Consulting Directors and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Tools and Technologies – Proficient in working with Office Product Suite, Dynamics 365 Jira and Azure are an advantage.
- Proven strength in administration and coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and team alignment
- Skilled in collaborating across teams, facilitating workshops, and building momentum to drive success and productivity
