Please note: This is a 6 month Fixed term role.  This role works on a rotational Overnight roster.  Overnight shifts are 10.15pm – 7.45am, with a week of day shifts every 9 weeks between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm.  You may also be required to work on Public Holidays.  Please only apply if these hours suit your own work life balance.

 Technically you will ideally know/have:

• The following technologies would be preferred - Messaging, Citrix, Cloud, and Office365.
• 2+ years' experience in a customer service environment such as experience in a contact centre / IT service desk
• Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential) 
• Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous
