About the Role
You wake up thinking about Service Management. You live and breathe it, from championing customer success to creating seamless delivery experiences. You're obsessed with how service management products and services are delivered, managed, and continuously improved.
As Service Line Lead – Service Management, you’ll shape the future of this critical capability. You’ll lead from the front, set the gold standard for excellence, and work across Sales, Technology, Enterprise Projects & Consulting, and Business Products teams to drive strategic direction, commercial performance, and delivery excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Define and lead the Service Management strategy, aligned with Spark’s Enterprise & Government three-year plan
- Be the go-to expert for Service Management products and services across Spark and with our customers
- Champion innovation and growth while managing the lifecycle of legacy offerings
- Drive commercial performance through effective prioritisation, capital optimisation, and measurable outcomes
- Represent the Service Line in strategic customer engagements and roadmap planning
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team, fostering agility, collaboration, and accountability
- Navigate and influence across a complex matrix to align efforts and deliver business outcomes.
What you will bring:
- Deep domain expertise and recognised thought leadership in Service Management, ideally within complex B2B environments
- A proven track record of executing strategies that deliver tangible business and customer value
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in matrixed organisations
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in P&L management, performance optimisation, and investment planning
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, both internally and externally
- A customer- and people-centric mindset, with a strong bias for action and results
