WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You'll primarily be a key team member assisting with administrative responsibilities to help us keep organised in our fantastic Dunedin store.
As a Homebase Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
· Checking and auditing invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.
· Ensuring compliance is met for customer promos, deals, and invoices, including obtaining customer signatures.
· Managing stock replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
· Managing the loan phone inventory and mobile phone repair portal.
· Maintaining accurate records of invoices, stock levels, and promotions.
· Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and restocking.
· Providing support and guidance to store staff on administrative procedures and compliance.
· Collaborating with the store and other teams to resolve administrative issues or discrepancies.
· Leading out on scheduled stocktake processes for the store, where you may be required to work in the evening or early morning.
You will work 20 hours per week. We can be flexible with the start and finish times, and the days you work may vary based on business needs.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential. Previous admin experience is also beneficial.
As a Homebase Co-ordinator you are:
· Customer-focused.
· Super-organised.
· Willing to get stuck in and take initiative as you perform your craft.
· Comfortable on a computer and handling invoices and stock receipting (we'll give you all the system training needed).
· Strong at building productive working relationships with Support Services team and daily stakeholders
· Confident talking with suppliers to handle stock returns or place orders.
· Someone who knows how to make a Homebase run smoothly with operational efficiency!
