WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll primarily be the smiling face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Spark Pukekohe Store.
As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
- Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture
- Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
- Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools)
- Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
- Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback
- Supporting and driving to Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose

As a Store Lead you are:

· Working collaboratively with the Channels team and stakeholders, by incorporating feedback when appropriate
· Optimism to foster enthusiasm among the team in bringing UFL vision to life.

· Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands.
· Self-directed and can be relied on to work when no-one is watching with the highest integrity.
