You'll primarily be the smiling face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Spark Whanganui store. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for: 

Leading the Store team in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen). 

• Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture 

• Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly. 

• Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools) 

• Able to represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders 

• Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback 

• Supporting and driving to Spark's Frontline vision and purpose
