What You'll Be Doing
You’ll become a key player in a tight-knit technical team responsible for maintaining and evolving a multifaceted solution deployed nationwide. This isn’t a desk-only role — we need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in.
Your role will involve:
- Hardware: Imaging servers, configuration, testing (especially stress testing in challenging environments)
- Software: Diagnosing software faults on both deployed and returned equipment
- Integration: Understanding how multiple components work together and isolating issues in a complex ecosystem
- Problem Solving: Using logical, systematic approaches to troubleshoot and resolve issues
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is:
- Technically versatile and eager to learn
- Confident working across Linux systems and network hardware
- Passionate about owning and mastering a domain of knowledge
- Excited to work with emerging technologies, including AI
- Committed to delivering excellent service across a country-wide fleet of systems
