Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to make a tangible difference for the environment? We're on the lookout for an Operational Engineer to join our team supporting a high-impact, integrated solution that’s transforming one of our key customers.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll become a key player in a tight-knit technical team responsible for maintaining and evolving a multifaceted solution deployed nationwide. This isn’t a desk-only role — we need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in.

Your role will involve:

Hardware: Imaging servers, configuration, testing (especially stress testing in challenging environments)
Software: Diagnosing software faults on both deployed and returned equipment
Integration: Understanding how multiple components work together and isolating issues in a complex ecosystem
Problem Solving: Using logical, systematic approaches to troubleshoot and resolve issues
