We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled AI Senior Consultant to join our growing Data & AI team at Qrious.

As an AI Senior Consultant, you will:

• Work with customers and internal teams to shape, design, and deliver practical AI solutions that create measurable business value.
• Combine strong consulting skills with hands-on technical delivery, supporting presales activities, solution design, and project execution across the full AI lifecycle. 

• Client Delivery and Solution Design: Work with customers, advisory teams, and delivery teams to define requirements, shape solution approaches, and deliver high-quality AI and data outcomes aligned to business needs.
• Technical Pre-Sales Support: Support sales and advisory engagements by contributing to workshops, demonstrations, prototypes, estimates, and proposals that show technical feasibility and business value.
• Technical Expertise: Apply hands-on experience with leading AI cloud platforms such as Snowflake AI Cloud, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure Foundry to design and implement robust, scalable solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Trusted Technical Advice: Provide practical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on AI use cases, architecture options, delivery approaches, and adoption considerations.
• Customer Engagement: Engage confidently with customer stakeholders across business and technical teams, helping them understand how AI solutions can address real organisational challenges and opportunities.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales, advisory, engineering, and project delivery teams to co-create solutions and ensure successful execution.
• Design and Innovation: Bring strong design thinking and problem-solving skills to shape innovative, future-ready solutions across a range of industries and use cases.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, contributing to trust, delivery confidence, and long-term account growth.
• Problem-Solving: Take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to resolving delivery and technical challenges with persistence, sound judgement, and pragmatism.
• Commercial Awareness: Contribute to commercially sound delivery by balancing quality, scope, effort, and client value throughout engagements.
• Internal Capability Uplift: Contribute to the growth of Spark | Qrious AI capability by sharing knowledge, improving delivery assets, and supporting the adoption of AI into consulting and delivery practices.

• You bring strong practical experience across AI cloud platforms and modern data and AI architectures, with the ability to apply that experience in real customer environments.
• You are effective at engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and translating business problems into clear technical approaches and outcomes.
• You enjoy working hands-on with delivery teams to design, build, test, and operationalise AI solutions.
• You build credibility quickly through strong communication, sound judgement, and a collaborative consulting style.
• You work well across multidisciplinary teams, bringing together sales, advisory, and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• You are motivated by customer success and take pride in delivering high-quality, practical solutions that create tangible value.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience designing and implementing AI and data solutions on leading cloud platforms, including data engineering, AI/ML pipelines, and scalable architectures.
• Proven practical experience with AI technologies, including Generative AI systems, ML frameworks, model deployment, and operationalisation.
• Experience contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of production-grade AI systems and solutions.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Strong client-facing communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of contributing to successful client engagements and delivering impactful outcomes.
