The role:
The Applications Specialist is a role where you will provide functional analysis and bring solutions to life to Delivery at Entelar Group.
Reporting to the PMO Lead, this role requires someone who is an expert in applications and can build and deliver to the platform roadmap. This is a key role in partnering and collaborating with the wider business and our customers to deliver maintenance, administration, and coordination of issues across our applications.
This role will include the following:
- Deliver training and user support. Supporting the proper use of applications, identifying and escalating issues as required.
- Document management including maintaining and updating templates, process documentation, configuration documentation, and training materials.
- Implement and communicate updates and improvements to users and stakeholders.
- Make recommendations for the development of the applications across the application suite, including input on product roadmaps, change management, and supporting the improvement in efficiencies across the suite.
- Planning and scheduling upgrades and fixes, staying up to date with new releases in Sitetracker and Salesforce platforms, and leading User Acceptance testing.
- Offer expert advice on best practices of applications supporting Delivery processes and stakeholders
- Sustain a cohesive team culture, taking the lead in promoting, taking ownership of, and delivering exceptional system experiences to all stakeholders
Skills & experience you need.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous Project Management experience
- Have support experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics and/or Site Tracker
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience with the Salesforce or Site Tracker platform and its implementation would be an advantage.
- Solid MS Office skills
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Be a fast learner
