Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   • Supervise and support customer advisors to ensure smooth store operations.
   • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
   • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Customer Service:
   • Ensure customers receive a positive shopping experience.
   • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
   • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about products and services.
3. Sales and Performance:
   • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
   • Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue.
   • Analyse sales data and provide reports to store management.
4. Store Operations: 
   • Oversee stock management, including inventory control and replenishment.
   • Assist Store Lead with day to day operations.
   • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
   • Assist with merchandising and promotional activities.
5. Administrative Duties:
   • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
   • Handle cash transactions, reconcile tills, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
