The Role
As a B2B Marketer, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
As a channel marketing specialist, you’ll be the communication bridge between technical product teams, sales professionals, and diverse customer segments, translating complex telecommunications and digital services solutions into clear, persuasive messaging that drives awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Craft sophisticated communications strategies that engage C-suite executives throughout complex buying cycles
- Create compelling executive-level content including website copy, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and personalised communications
- Plan and deliver high-impact events, industry tradeshows, and executive webinars that drive meaningful engagement
- Build and manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and priorities
- Measure campaign performance against ROI targets and continuously optimise through data-driven analysis and testing
- Identify emerging enterprise customer needs through data insights and market intelligence
- Serve as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all enterprise communications.
What You Need - Essential Experience:
- 7+ years of marketing experience with expertise across the complete marketing mix
- Advanced communication skills including copywriting, presentation abilities, and experience adapting messaging for different audiences (technical buyers, C-suite executives, end users)
- Multi-channel marketing expertise including traditional above-the-line campaigns (TV, radio, print, outdoor), digital marketing (social media, search, display advertising, email), and other media channels
- B2B content development, with ability to create compelling narratives around complex products/services
- Digital-first, data-driven approach with strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Growth mindset with curiosity for continuous learning
- Passion for technology with genuine interest in telecommunications or digital services
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo desirable
- Previous experience in service industry, B2B technology environment, or telecommunications is preferred
