Dell Business Development Manager

About the Role:
The Dell Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Dell Ambassador Program is a strategic role aimed at driving growth, strengthening partner relationships, and championing Dell Technologies’ channel initiatives. Embedded within the Dell Ambassador Program, the BDM serves as the primary onsite channel resource and main liaison between Dell and Spark.
Day to day you will:
· Act as the dedicated “Dell Ambassador” for Spark, ensuring delivery of all program roles, KPIs, and responsibilities.
· Develop and execute quarterly business plans aligned with partner goals and Dell’s strategy, using market development funds (MDF) effectively.
· Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for channel initiatives and escalations.
· Promote Dell’s value proposition, programs, and resources to partners.
· Monitor and report on partner performance, ensuring timely submission of required dashboards and proof of execution.
· Collaborate with Dell’s sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver superior outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with all program terms, policies, and deadlines, including MDF management and documentation.
· Resolve issues related to order management, revenue, KPIs, and partner disputes.
· Uphold high ethical standards and responsible use of resources.
