Ko tō mahi – What you’ll do:
As the friendly face of our team in Manukau, you'll be working as a Permanent full time, serving and selling to customers with enthusiasm and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
· Your day-to-day will have you utilising your outstanding systems and products knowledge to: Drive Sales, provide world-class retail & customer service & deliver suitable Solutions.
· Providing Exceptional Retail & Customer Service: Engage with each customer, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
· Offering Tailored Solutions: Identify and provide custom solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
· Virtual Assistance: Provide support through chat messaging, adapting to various customer needs, and ensuring high-quality interactions.
Your great attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than experience. Though a background in Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality is a plus, it’s not mandatory. Key traits include:
· Dedication to exceptional customer experiences.
· Ability to connect with diverse individuals.
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
· Self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.
· The most crucial thing is that you want to provide excellent customer experiences and can connect with people from all walks of life.
· You'll be an excellent team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!)
· You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
