WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You'll primarily be the smiling face that serves and sells to our customers in our fantastic retail store in the Plaza

Your day-to-day will have you utilizing your outstanding systems and products knowledge to drive Sales, provide world-class retail & customer service & deliver suitable Solutions.

Sometimes you'll provide virtual service which will see you assisting our customers over chat messaging, and you may even occasionally assist in a customer's home.

Your flexible and open attitude will help you shine across all our customer interactions and support our customers on their journey with us - whatever that journey looks like.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.

Build strong customer relationships through trust, empathy, and meaningful interactions.

Drive sales and customer engagement by identifying needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Communicate effectively and resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care.

Apply sound judgement and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities while confidently managing multiple tasks.

Utilize modern digital tools and platforms to deliver seamless customer experiences.
