As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a world class, effortless customer experience to our existing and new customers in a supportive environment with exposure to innovative technology, a competitive salary, and uncapped incentives.
Your day-to-day will have you utilising your outstanding systems and products knowledge to: Drive Sales, provide world-class retail & customer service & deliver suitable Solutions.
Sometimes you'll provide virtual service which will see you assisting our customers over chat messaging, and you may even occasionally assist in a customer's home.
Your flexible and open attitude will help you shine across all our customer interactions and support our customers on their journey with us - whatever that journey looks like.
