About the role:

We are on the lookout for the right person to join our energetic and enthusiastic team, full time in our Call Investigation Centre based in Wellington.

Day to day you will:

Process Personal Information Requests for Spark held information.
Process requests made under legislation from Government Agencies.
Investigate reports of Unwanted calls and text messages.
Investigate reports of Scam calls and text messages.

You’re adaptable, collaborative, and can use your own initiative.
You remain calm and display empathy when interacting with people in stressful situations.
You're not afraid to ask for help when you need it.
You’re competent at prioritising and time management.
Your interested in playing a role in assisting the Police and other Government departments with investigations.
