About the role:
We are on the lookout for the right person to join our energetic and enthusiastic team, full time in our Call Investigation Centre based in Wellington.
Day to day you will:
- Process Personal Information Requests for Spark held information.
- Process requests made under legislation from Government Agencies.
- Investigate reports of Unwanted calls and text messages.
- Investigate reports of Scam calls and text messages.
What experience you'll bring:
- You're an analytical thinker who can ask the right questions to investigate and solve problems.
- You're adaptable, collaborative, and can use your own initiative.
- You remain calm and display empathy when interacting with people in stressful situations.
- You're not afraid to ask for help when you need it.
- You're competent at prioritising and time management.
- Your interested in playing a role in assisting the Police and other Government departments with investigations.
