About the Role:
As Device GTM lead, you’ll be responsible for leading out best in class go to market practices for all device launches and related promotions. You will be required to align teams and systems for effective launches. You will also provide up to date reporting on launches and promotional impact.
Day to day you will:
· Management of end-to-end go-to-market process for launches and promotions.
· Align pre-launch activities in a timely manner.
· Align with Channel Inventory Partner to ensure stock is in the right place.
· Host meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Ensure readiness for promotions and measure their impact.
· Provide reporting on delivery against forecasts for devices launches and promotions.
What experience you'll bring:
· Communication. Outstanding communication skills in all formats, including the ability to make the complex and complicated, simple and understandable.
· Stakeholder management. Proven partnering and stakeholder management capabilities and experience i.e., working effectively within and across teams and functions within a large organisation.
· Social & relationship skills. A people person, able to build rapport and constructive working relationships with diverse groups of people.
· Resilience & growth mindset. Operates with a growth mindset, being willing to embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks and seek learnings from every opportunity.
