Do you have the experience needed to help squads understand their journey objectives and use data insights to identify optimisation opportunities, shape and manage optimisation backlogs and create experiments aimed at driving uplift across digital channels? As a Digital Optimisation Specialist working in the Test & Target chapter, you need to be an expert in conversion rate optimisation, cross-channel personalisation and have a good understanding of digital analytics for ecommerce and mobile app journeys. You will need experience using data to identify optimisation opportunities as well as in-depth experience with experiment ideation, design, execution and post-experiment analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for conversion rate optimisation framework for all key web and mobile app journeys.
- Frequently conduct experiments to gain insights and improve journey performance for Tribes and Squads.
- Provide ongoing optimisation recommendations to help Tribes and Squads deliver on key metrics and KPI’s through continuous onsite and in-app testing and personalisation.
- Analyse digital journey and campaign performance to identify friction points and recommend and implement optimisation opportunities to drive an uplift across digital channels.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities, shape and manage the optimisation backlog and product backlog prioritization.
- Democratise optimisation by building an experimentation culture within a Squad with a focus on experience optimisation tools, CRO best practices & techniques, and the adoption of advanced personalisation capabilities.
- Champion the use of experience optimisation tools to ensure maximum business value from capability investments and increase adoption in other business areas.
