About the Role
Specialising in Network Engineering, work with our Engineering professionals in one or more technical streams. Utilise your skill across different technologies and client facing roles to ensure the value of CCL’s Engineering powered mantra is directed into all CCL / Spark Group clients.
The role is responsible for Engineering excellence across CCL’s internal and external customers through the following responsibility metrics
- Customer solutions, with an expectation to step up or across into other roles as reasonably required to ensure quality customer outcomes.
- Leading the Domain team(s) as required to deliver second to none Engineering solutions and provide consulting as needed
- Ensuring there is identification and development of professional development for Engineering staff that align to CCL / Spark Group Strategic vision.
- Future focused.
- Strong Thought Leadership across Technology trends where there is benefit for CCL / Spark Group
- Research and advise on technological advances that may assist business growth and/or value proposition
- Measure results against the value generated into the client against financial targets
- Identification of emerging technologies that could provide competitive advantage and or service improvements to both CCL and the Client
