About the Role:
We are seeking customer inspired professionals to join our team, delivering superior service and technical solutions to our Corporate & Health customers, ensuring all tasks are managed to customer expectations and within SLA's.
We support our customers around the clock so you'll need to be willing to work on a rostered basis, including some weekend shifts.

You will need to be up for a fast paced inbound call centre environment where you'll be troubleshooting with customers and obtaining accurate information whilst delivering expert customer service every time.
What experience / qualifications you'll bring?
· Passion for Customer Service and experience where you've loved handling the tough stuff
· Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone and proficient typing skills.
· Experience with computers and technology comprehension
· self-motivated, wanting to upskill and learn something different every day
· Be able to talk to customers from all walks of life through working applications, troubleshooting their issue.
· Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, entry level to advanced
· Highly organised and a positive "can-do" attitude
· Great teamwork skills
· Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
· Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous
