About the Role:
As an ICT Services Administrator, you’ll be responsible for performing set-up, provisioning, and configuration functions to ICT equipment, and partnering with internal stakeholders and their customers, to enable the on-time delivery of pre-configured and tested equipment to our customer’s requirements.
Day to day you will:
- · Load configuration of ICT equipment to project & customer specifications
- · Load configuration onto ICT equipment as required for stocking
- · Perform quality assessment of team’s project work
- · Provide backup and support for Spark provisioning team
- · Refurbish, decommission, and test stock as required
- · Perform pre-delivery load testing
- · Assemble and test complex pieces of equipment to a project roll out and specific BOM
- · Assist in the design of bespoke project rollout processes
- · Providing help-desk services and first level ICT technical and customer support
- · Assist in other areas of the business as required
What experience you'll bring:
- · Relevant Cisco/Fortinet/Networking certifications, NZQF Level 6 or above qualification with a major in computer networking.
- · ICT based experience, with minimum of one year ICT industry experience with computer networking.
- Technical understanding of network equipment configurations and troubleshooting
