· Be able to continually pass the security & police vetting process and hold a valid work visa.
· Troubleshoot application and MCEM/Intune deployment issues
We’re looking for a Windows Desktop / Endpoint Engineer who is interested in building their skills in application packaging and deployment. This role is well suited to someone early in their desktop engineering career who enjoys problem solving, learning how applications behave on Windows, and wants to grow into a specialist role.
You’ll have experience or exposure to:
- Supporting Windows desktop environments, including installing, updating, and troubleshooting applications
- A strong working knowledge of Windows application installers (MSI / EXE), including installation behaviour, configuration, logging, and common failure scenarios
- Assisting with or supporting application deployments using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM)
- Identifying and troubleshooting application issues on Windows, including install failures and user reported problems
- Awareness of application compatibility issues and a willingness to learn common remediation approaches
· A solid foundation in scripting or automation, with experience writing and maintaining scripts to support Windows desktop environments

- Good time management and prioritisation skills, with support from senior team members
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and develop technical skills
- The ability to work well in a team and ask questions when unsure
