Working within the Consumer & SME Marketing Tribe, we're after a Marketing Executive, who is a few years into their career and is looking for an exciting next step. What the day to day looks like:
- Collaborates with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders, managing their expectations.
- Responsible for planning, developing and delivering marketing campaigns, activated across a range of owned, paid and partner channels.
- Works closely with agencies and various internal teams to take campaigns to market.
- Responsible for putting together recommendations that deliver to sales and marketing objectives.
- Supports with bringing our products and propositions to life in our physical and digital environments.
- Responsible for budget management, recommendations and execution.
- Develops marketing tactics, supporting with campaigns and projects from start to finish.
- Conducts market research, analyses customer insights and campaign performance to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Supports the launch of new retail channels including project managing marketing deliverables for retail fit-out/stand requirements.
- Leads and supports with store activations or special projects.
- Experiments with AI to create more efficient and effective ways of working.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree in marketing/communications (or a related field).
- 2+ years experience in marketing (agency or client side).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Great presentation and communication skills.
- Growth mindset and roll-up-the sleeves attitude.
- Solid understanding of retail environments, customer behavior, and customer experience optimisation.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (media, web, data), measurement and experience working with digital specialists.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Able to work autonomously.
