We are on the lookout for a seasoned Network Engineer to join our advanced Wi-Fi solutions team within the Technology Services and Customer Tribe.

Reporting to the Chapter Lead – Security Infrastructure & Design, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high performing team of Engineers and in partnership with internal teams to ensure that our customers systems are operating smoothly and that we are contributing to key projects.

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- To provide chargeable Wi-Fi network engineering services to clients in the implementation of Wi-Fi Services
- To proactively monitor client environments and identify any issues that could arise if not addressed.
- To respond and resolve to incidents raised by our clients and internal teams via our service desk.
- To work on site and remotely to deliver outcomes to our clients.
- Provide Project support (through the planning and execution stages) and collaborate with internal teams.
WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- Knowledge and experience deploying and supporting enterprise wireless environments specifically Aruba and Cisco technologies.
- Current and Relevant qualification in related field. ACMP, ACSP, CCNP and CCIE
- Experience using Cisco ISE and DNA Centre in an Enterprise Environment would be advantageous.
- Experience with Aruba Airwave, Mobility Orchestrator and ClearPass Policy Manager would be advantageous.
- Experience in a network operations environment gained in a telco, service provider, or major enterprise environment.
- A minimum of 5 years in the IT Network Infrastructure field, focusing on operations.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with Cisco and Aruba WIFI technologies, routing and switching.
- Demonstrate experience in network operations, automated deployments, fault identification, network reporting, and updating network documentation.
