About the Role:
The Planning & Purchasing Partner is responsible for coordinating demand planning, purchasing activities, inventory management, and supplier engagement to ensure products and materials are available to meet business and customer requirements. The role works closely with operations, logistics, finance, project teams, and suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain performance and cost control.
Day to day you will:
- Review daily stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory
- Monitor demand forecasts and upcoming project requirements
- Coordinate inbound deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams
- Investigate stock variances and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Communicate with project managers and operations teams regarding material availability
- Prepare daily or weekly purchasing and inventory reports
What experience you'll bring:
- Experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or demand planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
