About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Enterprise Projects & Consulting (EP&C) team. This role plays a critical part in enabling the team to delivery successful outcomes for customers through providing high‑quality administrative, coordination, and consulting practice operational support.
You will work closely with others within the EP&C Ops team, Project Managers and Consultants to help the team run smoothly, assisting with governance and ensuring delivery hygiene requirements are met. You will have sole responsibility for project administration of our ‘unmanaged’ projects. Setting up projects within systems, tracking its financial status, and completing invoicing activity prior to project closure.

Day to day you will be involved in:
· Primary responsibility will be providing day‑to‑day administration of unmanaged projects.
· Secondary responsibilities include:
· Providing support as part of the EP&C Ops team in the practice of delivering projects and consultancy services.
· Helping support project delivery maintain project hygiene, delivery disciplines, processes, documentation in line with EP&C standards.
· Supporting EP&C Ops with workforce management administration, planning, and forecasting activity.
· Preparing and distribute business and project reporting.
· Assisting with coordinating meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including agendas, minutes, and actions.
· Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across EP&C delivery processes and tooling.
What experience you'll bring?
· Proven experience in a previous administrative role, supporting a large team, performing various functions. (Ideally in an enterprise or consulting environment).
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Self-motivator and capable of working in a degree of isolation at times.
· High attention to detail and a structured, process‑driven mindset
· Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
· Confident with working with senior stakeholders and project delivery teams
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)
· Ideally have some experience with project management tools and reporting
