- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and retail experience.
- Measure performance and use insights to continuously improve what we do.

- Initiative and a willingness to take ownership.
- Growth mindset and roll-up-the sleeves attitude.
- A curious mindset and a drive to keep learning and improving.
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and positive attitude.
- An interest in innovation, digital experiences and the future of retail
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (media, web, data), measurement and experience working with digital specialists.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a growth mindset who's excited to contribute, bring fresh ideas and grow with the team. You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, enjoy taking initiative and are motivated by learning, improving and making a real impact every day.
At Spark, you'll join a team that's passionate about creating experiences customers genuinely enjoy. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile retail projects, collaborate with talented people across the business, and grow your marketing career while helping shape the future of physical retail in New Zealand.
