About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, business‑critical technology projects across a diverse customer portfolio.

This role sits within our Enterprise Projects & Consulting practice and requires someone who is equally comfortable with hands-on delivery, customer engagement, and commercial awareness.

You will lead multiple streams of work, shape delivery outcomes with customers, and provide senior-level governance, risk management, and leadership across engagements.

Day to day you will be involved in:

Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT and digital projects, including cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise transformation initiatives
Managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity and stakeholders
Owning project governance including scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and reporting
Acting as the senior point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships
Working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and partners to drive outcomes
Ensuring delivery of artefacts and reporting meets agreed project delivery standards
Contributing to pre‑sales activity, project shaping, and delivery planning where required
Coaching and mentoring project managers within the practice

What experience you'll bring?

10+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
Ideally, hold or have held certification across Prince2, PMBOK and/or Agile/SCRUM.
Proven experience in managing multiple parallel streams of project work across multiple programmes, ideally across large-scale ICT infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships by through engagement that establishes credibility, solves problems, builds consensus, and achieves agreed objectives.
Strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, and partners / vendor relationships
