Description & Requirements
Manage the customer ordering lifecycle from queries to quoting, order processing, invoicing, remediation of disputes and credits.
Build strong relationships with key Vendors and Distributors, ensuring Spark are getting the best pricing for our clients.
Management of the Maintenance Renewal process, including notification to customers of upcoming renewals and maintenance of Spark’s internal asset management system ensuring accurate records are kept.
Ensure a highly professional level of communication is provided and information is clearly articulated to customers.
Develop and cement strong customer relationships and rapport.
Up skill knowledge via vendor training sessions on products and technology.
Focus on helping achieve financial targets related to revenue and margin.
2+ years Procurement industry experience.
2+ year IT industry experience.
Software licensing experience is preferred.
