We are seeking an expert solution consultant who is passionate about advocating for mid-market and corporate customers, helping them realise maximum value from their ICT investments. You’ll be part of Spark Group Sales South, collaborating across a wide variety of customer engagements, leading by example, and driving outcomes in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Use structured sales methodologies and contribute to building sales strategies tailored for mid-market and corporate customers
· Lead large, complex ICT engagements, often with demanding timelines and high expectations
· Coach and mentor others within the solution consultant community, sharing insights on navigating the fast-paced corporate landscape
· Consult with customers to uncover critical success factors and deliver exceptional experiences, especially in environments where speed and adaptability are paramount
· Present to customers and facilitate workshops, demonstrating expertise and agility in addressing complex business needs
· Write formal customer response documents to a high level of competency, often under tight deadlines
· Understand and challenge customer fiscal preferences, cycles, and budgets to drive win-win outcomes in the mid-market and corporate space
· Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more industry verticals relevant to mid-market and corporate clients
· Collaborate with Spark Business Group product squads, providing feedback to evolve products and offers for the fast-moving corporate market
Requirements:
· 5+ years of presales experience in the ICT industry, with a proven track record serving mid-market and corporate customers; expertise in cloud, productivity, networking, and/or security services
· Strong presentation and communication skills, able to influence a variety of buyer personas in high-stakes environments
· Experience solving complex business problems and connecting solutions with attention to detail and enthusiasm
· Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to evolving product sets and market demands
· Excellent proposal writing skills, delivering clear and concise responses at an exceptional level of quality
· Ability to build trust and confidence with customers and peers, establishing trusted advisor status in fast-paced environments
· High level of accountability and independence, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines
· Proven record of successful sales wins across large and complex customer engagements, especially in the mid-market and corporate sectors
