About the Role:

The Sourcing Associate is a key part of the Spark support team providing proactive client support to the Hardware Sourcing Consultants in the Client Sourcing team. You will provide sales support to a group of clients to ensure expectations; sales commitments and the highest level of client satisfaction are met and exceeded. This is a high pressure environment where management of your time and prioritisation of workload is required to succeed.

Day to day you will be involved in:

Preparation of client quotes from standard system pricing or client specific vendor quotes.
Backorder Management of client orders ensuring invoice is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Catalogue and Buffer Report creation and manaement.
Client Reports and queries.
Administration of credits.
Working in Spark Systems and Vendor specific Portals.
