About the Role:

This role provides sales support to our Hardware Consultants to provide IT Hardware our Government and Commercial customers. The role is varied as each customer will be buying different products and services. It is a busy role and provides great experience for someone in an IT Sales environment.

Day to day you will be involved in:

Quoting and order IT Hardware.
Backorder Management of Orders.
Management of customer buffer stock.
Billing and Credit Management.
Customer Reporting.
Customer Queries.

What experience you'll bring?

Excellent customer service skills. The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritisation skills. Knowledge of logistics or order management from quoting to delivery. Knowledge of IT products would be beneficial.
