About the role
We are looking for a Technology Services Lead to take ownership of our technical partner ecosystem and ensure the seamless delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and IT services across Spark and our customers.
This role sits at the heart of technology delivery - bringing together multiple partners, platforms, and our internal teams into a single, cohesive technology and service experience. You will play a critical role in ensuring our partner delivery model delivers a consistent and seamless experience for Spark and our customers.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end technical relationship across key strategic partners, ensuring accountability for delivery, performance, and outcomes
- Act as the central coordination point across partner technology teams, aligning delivery into a seamless, customer-focused service
- Establish and lead delivery governance across partner-led services, ensuring alignment to strategy, SLAs, and customer expectations
- Drive partner accountability, ensuring commitments are met and performance is actively managed
- Connect Spark technology teams, partners, and customers to ensure joined-up, consistent delivery
- Drive service performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across cloud and infrastructure platforms
- Provide clear visibility of delivery health, risks, dependencies, and technology roadmap progress
- Help lead major incident management and escalation, coordinating resolution across multiple partners
- Drive and support modernisation and automation initiatives across platforms and services
- Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, and operational standards
What you will bring
- Proven experience in multi-vendor or partner operating model environments
- Strong ability to coordinate and align multiple technology partners toward shared outcomes
- Experience managing partners through governance, SLAs, and performance frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership delivering complex, end-to-end technology services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across diverse groups
- Solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and managed services environments
- Ability to translate delivery into clear business and customer outcomes
