The Partner Territory Lead Role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned and motivated sales professional to enhance their career with Spark. Please be advised that this role may necessitate regular travel of up to 1-2 nights per month, contingent upon location.

Drive sales within Partner Retail channels for Spark and Skinny, with a focus on Pay Monthly in MMR and Prepaid in FMCG.
· Manage a defined territory of grocery and retail sites through a consistent call cycle.
· Increase Spark and Skinny market share by acquiring new business while leveraging our portfolio and in-store execution to maximize value/volume from our existing customer base.
· Influence stores to achieve sales and market share targets through exceptional collaboration and relationship management.
· Build and maintain Joint Business Plans for all key sites, reviewing them monthly.
· Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Domain Chapter Lead, Account Leads, and Retail Experience teams.
· Provide key market insights to support Account Leads with new product development, consumer insights, and promotional initiatives.
· Ensure that product, pricing, and category strategies are developed and implemented in alignment with strategic channel and customer account plans.
- Demonstrated drive, motivation, resilience, and a strong passion for sales.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and strong sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Competent negotiator and problem solver with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software at an intermediate level.
