Responsibilities

You'll be the main customer-facing representative at our Northwest retail store in Westgate, using our systems and product expertise to drive sales and deliver top-tier service and solutions.You may also assist customers virtually via chat messaging.A flexible, positive attitude will help you support customers throughout their journey with Spark

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.

The most crucial thing is that you want to provide excellent customer experiences and can connect with people from all walks of life.
You'll be an excellent team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!)
You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
