About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our AI Tribe. You'll be the first to design beautiful, useful and AI-driven digital experiences that solve difficult problems and help businesses. Working closely with our product, development and design teams, you'll create user-centered designs that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

About you:

You're a passionate designer with a strong background in digital design, particularly in the realm of AI and generative technologies. You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions. Your expertise in staying ahead of industry trends, design tools, and emerging AI technologies will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for AI-driven products that meet both business and user needs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve AI product designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI design solutions are feasible, meet technical requirements, and align with customer needs
Stay at the forefront of AI design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve our AI products

Requirements

Relevant degree in design or a related field
4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a focus on AI, generative AI, or AI agents being a significant plus
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, particularly in AI or related technologies
Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable
