About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a newly formed squad that's part of our CX transformation. This project-based role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of Spark’s new products and services. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences that align with Spark’s customer-first approach and business goals.
As part of this squad, you’ll oversee the digital transformation of product asks, ensuring new offerings are seamlessly integrated into Spark’s digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product, development, and design teams to create user-centred designs that elevate Spark’s digital presence and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.
About You
You’re a passionate designer with a strong background in UX/UI design and digital transformation. You thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment and have a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions for new products and services. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of industry trends, and create innovative designs will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for new products and services that meet both business and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve digital product designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible, meet technical requirements, and align with customer needs.
- Stay at the forefront of digital design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve Spark’s digital presence.
- Support the digital transformation of new product and service launches, ensuring seamless integration into Spark’s digital ecosystem.

Requirements
- Relevant degree in design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a focus on digital transformation or new product development being a significant plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions, particularly for new products or services.
- Proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital transformation projects and agile methodologies is highly desirable.
