We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AV professional to join Spark in a full-time, permanent role.
We're looking for someone who has hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms and live event support, and who is passionate about delivering smooth, high-quality collaboration experiences.
This role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining our Meeting Room equipment and assisting with the setup and execution of Teams Live events. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly across our meeting and event environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing onsite support for Microsoft Teams Meeting Room systems
- Preparing, testing, and assisting with Teams Live events and other internal engagements
- Troubleshooting AV issues and delivering timely resolutions
- Maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for AV environments
- Collaborating with wider technical teams to improve systems and workflows
- Contributing to internal IT support and technology improvement initiatives
About you:
You're an experienced AV technician or specialist who takes pride in delivering reliable, user-friendly meeting experiences. You enjoy working with modern collaboration tools, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly. Ideally, you bring:
- Proven experience supporting AV systems in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Microsoft 365, and AV infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with event support, including virtual and hybrid setups
